
MANILA – Philippine passport holders with valid visa, residence permit, or green card issued by the United States, European Union member states, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, or New Zealand, are eligible to a “visa-on-arrival” at the United Arab Emirates (UAE), beginning June 25.
