
MANILA, Philippines–The PBA is adopting the use of a possession arrow beginning with next month’s season-ending Governors’ Cup in a move to help the league adapt more to rules being applied by Fiba. PBA commissioner Willie Marcial made the announcement on Monday after league officials met with coaches from all 12 teams to discuss some of the new rules.
