EXCLUSIVE: Hollywood is clearly full of enough demons to warrant a supersized third season of its namesake true-crime docuseries.
Deadline understands that Investigation Discovery has renewed Hollywood Demons for a third season with a bumper order.
The series, which comes from Ample Entertainment, pulls back the glamorous curtain of fame to expose the hidden struggles, sacrifices and scandals of life in the spotlight.
It launched its first season in 2025 with six episodes that run around one hour and twenty four minutes. This featured stories such as 7th Heaven’s pastor dad Stephen Collins’ fall from grace, child stars gone violent, the dark side of the Power Rangers, Housewives gone bad, stalkers and cursed dynasties like the Von Erich wrestling family.

Boy Band Confidential, a four-part spinoff series about the dark side of the boy band boom of the late 1990s, then preceded the second season of Hollywood Demons, which featured five episodes covering The Jerry Springer Show, child stars gone wild, controversies surrounding Saved By The Bell and 16 and Pregnant and misbehaving celebrity doctors.
The third season will feature eight episodes.
The renewal came quickly after the second season, a rare move in a tough environment for unscripted producers.
