Annual inflation in Russia reach 5.82% from June 16 to 22 — ministry

MOSCOW, June 24. /TASS/. Annual inflation in Russia stood at 5.82% from June 16 to 22, the Ministry of Economic Development said in its price review.

"Consumer price growth rates totaled 0.25% over the week from June 16 to 22. Prices changed by 0.16% for foods. Price growth rates declined to 1.45% for fruits and vegetables, and price dynamics is close to zero (0.03%) for other foods. In the nonfood segment, price growth rates were 0.5% and declined to 0.06% in the monitored services sector. Annual inflation was recorded at the level of 5.82% as of June 22," the ministry said.
