
Two powerful earthquakes shook opposite sides of the globe on June 25 (Philippine time). A magnitude 6.9 earthquake struck off the east coast of Honshu in Japan while Vanezuela was hit by a magnitude 7.2 and 7.5 earthquake that happened just a minute apart. In Japan, the magnitude 6.9 earthquake was felt across several areas, including Tokyo.
