Mandaue vandal surrenders, cops look for 2 other cohorts

MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — A 34-year-old man surrendered at Mandaue City Hall on Wednesday, June 24, and admitted that he took part in a vandalism incident along C.D. Seno Street on June 21. The man was one of three individuals caught on CCTV cameras vandalizing a school wall. Police are still searching for the two other suspects. The authorities got a lead from a netizen who provided the plate number of the motorcycle used by the man.
