Marcos vows stronger welfare measures for Filipino seafarers

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. honored Filipino seafarers and vowed to continue promoting their welfare and safety as they celebrated the International Day of the Seafarer on Thursday.
