Malta’s Salumeria Gardens Ranked Among The World’s Top 100 Pizzerias

Malta has earned another spot on the global culinary map, with Salumeria Gardens placing 90th at this year’s The Best Pizza Awards in Milan.

Sharing the news on social media, the team celebrated the international recognition as a major milestone for the restaurant and everyone behind it.

“A huge achievement for us and the whole team,” they wrote.

The pizzeria credited its success to one of its guiding mottos: “Perfection through repetition”, while also giving a nod to its more light-hearted slogan: “Drink pizza, eat beer.”

Beyond the ranking itself, the team said attending the awards gave them the opportunity to meet some of the biggest names in the pizza industry.

“Simply amazing to be on this global stage,” they said.

The achievement places a Maltese pizzeria among the world’s top 100, highlighting the growing international recognition of Malta’s food scene.
