
MANILA, Philippines — Two foreign fugitives were arrested in operations in Mandaluyong City and Makati City for fraud and theft, the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) said on Thursday. Authorities presented Korean national Kim Sihun and Japanese national Hideharu Inoue to members of the media. During a press conference, Bureau of Immigration (BI) spokesperson Dana Sandoval said the two individuals will be turned over to her agency for deportation proceedings.
