Ex-convict killed in stabbing by neighbor in Cebu City

CEBU CITY, Philippines — An ex-convict was killed after he was allegedly stabbed by his neighbor in Sitio Duko, Barangay Duljo-Fatima, Cebu City, at around 4:25 a.m. on Thursday, June 25. The victim, identified only by the alias “Danilo,” 48, was an ex-convict. The suspect, identified by the alias “Syldon,” 42, is also a resident of the area.
