CEBU CITY, Philippines — After Cebu City’s courts suffered displacement twice in more than a decade due to earthquake damage, Central Visayas’ top development body has renewed calls for the Supreme Court to finally begin construction of the long-delayed Hall of Justice at the South Road Properties (SRP).
