
MANILA, Philippines — Severe Tropical Storm Gardo (international name: Higos) exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Friday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In its 11 a.m. tropical cyclone bulletin, Pagasa said Gardo was last located 1,310 kilometers east northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon, with maximum sustained winds of 95 kilometers per hour, gusts of up to 115 kph, and moving northward at 50 kph.

No tropical cyclone wind signal is currently in effect as Gardo continues to move farther away from the country.
