MANILA, Philippines — A wave of lawsuits continues to hit the 18 self-proclaimed “ex-Marines” over their earlier claims of delivering cash-filled suitcases to government officials. Antonio Trillanes IV fired back with fresh cyber libel charges, denying allegations that he received multi-million peso cash payouts to buy off International Criminal Court (ICC) investigators.
