According to the company, the service was affected after technical problems occurred in the fiber cable of its service provider’s International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC). After the issue emerged, the company released a notice on social media stating that it’s coordinating with the international service provider to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Especially, subscribers of the international roaming service have noticed a problem with voice. Users are not able to place calls, affecting thousands of users.
The company has acknowledged the effect but says that it will discuss compensation to the users.
