Amazon's Prime Day event is wrapping up, with sales officially ending tonight. There are still some great discounts, and we're tracking the best last chance deals from MacBooks and Windows PCs from all the major brands: Acer, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, and HP.

I only highlight laptops I've either tested personally or are familiar with, and suggest devices that have deals worth your time. Most of these devices were released within the last year, but if it's older, I'll call that out. Here are the best last chance Amazon Prime Day 2026 laptop deals still live.

MacBook Neo, who? The Acer Aspire 14-inch is a solid workhorse PC for students at a very competitive price. For less than $500 bucks, you're getting an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, 16GB of memory, and an Intel Arc GPU. This is a versatile laptop that can do a little bit of everything, and a durable model I recommend to anyone who's looking to get as much bang for buck as possible.

This is a rather high-end configuration of the 2024 model: 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, along with an Intel Arc GPU.

Looking for something with marathon battery life? The Microsoft Surface Laptop with the Snapdragon X Elite chip is one of the longest-lasting laptops we've tested, going several days without needing a top-up. This is one of the lowest prices we've seen for this laptop, by the way -- with a sleek design and cool colorways.

However, I'd only recommend this laptop for users who work in the cloud, as part of its low price is due to the low amount of local storage: 256GB on this model.

If you prefer a big-screen laptop but want to stay on a budget, HP's OmniBook 3 is a solid 16-inch laptop for a price that won't break the bank. The hardware on this laptop is geared toward everyday use such as browsing the web, working across Microsoft 365 office apps, and perfect for students and teens.

Best Prime Day MacBook deals

Apple recently announced price increases across its products across the board, but Amazon has not yet matched its pricing to those in the official Apple Store. Many MacBook models, for example, are listed at lower prices than the Apple Store, but are not listed as "on sale." That said, if you're looking to grab a new MacBook, you might want to buy now if Amazon raises its own prices in turn.

Apple MacBook Air M5 (15-inch) with 24GB: $1,549 (save $150): Want a little more memory and local storage? The 15-inch Air with 24GB and a 1TB SSD is also $150 off, down to $1,549, a respectable deal for the newest MacBook Air model on the market in 2026.

Apple MacBook Air M5 (13-inch) with 24GB for $1,298: The 13-inch with 24GB of unified memory and 1TB of local storage is also $150 off the normal price of $1,499.

Apple MacBook Air M1 (13-inch) (Renewed): $519: Want a fantastic deal on a MacBook Air? Renewed models are just as good as new, but significantly discounted. They have to go through a rigorous quality check before Apple allows them to be resold, so don't worry about getting a defective device.

Apple MacBook Air M3 (13-inch) (Renewed): $700: The M3 from 2024 is the mid-point in Apple's catalog: not the oldest Macs out there but not the cutting-edge newest, either. The renewed models are about as good a deal as you can find on a device this competitive.

Apple MacBook Neo: $589: The Neo upended the laptop market for its fantastic bang-for-buck: you've got a snappy, responsive device that's perfect for students and professionals alike, but smart trade-offs (no backlighting on the keyboard, no haptic touchpad) that result in an extremely competitive price point.

Apple iMac Desktop: $1,543 (save $156): The iMac is Apple's complete package: up to 24GB of unified memory, a keyboard, mouse, and gorgeous 24-inch Liquid Retina display all in one box. It's powered by the M4 processor with 10-core CPU for a competent, versatile workstation.

Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x (2024): $1,199 (save $300): I tested the Slim 7x with the Snapdragon X Elite and was blown away by its marathon battery. If you like a thin and light laptop that will last for days on end, this one should be near the top of your list.

HP Ultrabook (2026): $379 (save $350): This lightweight laptop is perfect for kids, teens, or students with Wi-Fi 6 and 8GB of RAM -- ideal for everyday tasks, email, and staying on top of assignments.

Asus Vivobook 14: $626 (save $180): This 14-inch is battery-efficient and lightweight, perfect for carrying around all day on campus.
