The first is Samsung's Running Coach, which gauges your running capacity through a test, rates you out of 10, and establishes a training plan you can reference to prepare for your first or next race. The second is Antioxidant Index. There's a sensor on the back of the watch that you press your finger to and it tells you if there are carotenoids in your skin, a sign of sufficient antioxidant intake.

You should look elsewhere if you want a comprehensive tracker for sleep, activity, and stress. I'd recommend the Samsung Galaxy Ring or one of the older Oura Ring generations instead. But this will do the middling trick for half the price of those rings -- and no subscription fee.

But if your eyes are on the $100 tracker and you have extra cash in one of those health savings accounts, you can use that money to jump on it.
