2nd part of adjusted SLEx, STAR Tollway rates effective July 1 - TRB

MANILA, Philippines — The second tranche of the toll adjustment at the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR) Tollway and the South Luzon Expressway (SLEx) will be implemented starting July 1, 2026, according to the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB).

The TRB noted that the toll adjustment was done in two tranches for these tollways “to mitigate the impact to the motorists” with the first tranche taking effect on January 1, 2026.

Adjusted toll rates for SLEx effective on July 1, 2026:

For Alabang to Calamba, additional rates of P11, P21, and P32 will be applied for Class 1, 2, and 3, respectively:

Class 1: P137

Class 2: P274

Class 3: P411

For Calamba to Sto. Tomas, additional rates of P3, P6, P9 will be effective for Class 1, 2, and 3, respectively:

Class 1: P37

Class 2: P74

Class 3: P111

Additional rates of P14, P27, and P41 will also be imposed for Class 1, 2, and 3, respectively for Alabang to Sto. Tomas (end to end).

Meanwhile, the following toll adjustment will be effective for STAR Tollway:

For Sto. Tomas to Lipa, there will be an additional rate of P4, P9, and P13 for Class 1, 2, and 3, respectively:

Class 1: P64

Class 2: P128

Class 3: P192

For Lipa to Batangas City, additional rates of P4, P8, and P12 will be implemented for Class 1, 2, and 3, respectively:

Class 1: P57

Class 2: P114

Class 3: P171

For Sto. Tomas to Batangas City (end to end), adjusted rates of P8, P17, and P26 will be applied for Class 1, 2, and 3, respectively.

“This adjustment supports the continued operation, maintenance, and improvement of SLEx and STAR Tollway facilities and services,” TRB said in an advisory.  /gsg
