An accident involving a tricycle and a Howo truck on Sango-Ijoko Road on Friday night left the rider of the tricycle dead, according to the Ogun Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps.
The Public Relations Officer of TRACE, Mr Babatunde Akinbiyi, disclosed this in a statement made available to newsmen on Saturday in Ota.
He said two other male persons sustained injuries in the accident.
Akinbiyi said an eyewitness attributed the accident to blurry vision at Alasia Bus Stop, inbound Sango-Ijoko Road.

“The corpse of the victim has been deposited at Ifo General Hospital while the survivors were taken to an undisclosed hospital for treatment,” he said.
Akinbiyi added that the tricycle and the truck had been towed off the road to ease traffic in the area.
He advised motorists to always exercise patience and refrain from dangerous driving to prevent avoidable crashes.
