Shots have been fired in the Strait of Hormuz. The is a diplomatic and logistical condundrum of what to do next. A literal rock and a hard place, where 11,000 crew remain stuck on ships in the middle of two warring belligerents now negotiating peace, telling them opposing advice on how they can safely evacuate. The Iranian regime is telling them to leave, but to first cross via one of its islands Larak Island at the northern part of the Strait. France 24's Gavin Lee spoke to Nitya Labh, Academy Fellow, International Security Programme at Chatham House.
