Live: England takes on Panama with top spot on the line

The World Cup group stage concludes with a star-studded day of action in North America.

England and Ghana have both already clinched group-stage progression, but top spot in Group L goes on the line as the Three Lions take on Panama in New Jersey and the Black Stars face Croatia in Philadelphia.

Third-placed Croatia needs to avoid defeat to secure a place in the knockout stages, but could still progress with a narrow loss.

Then, Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal locks horns with Colombia in Miami, and Uzbekistan clashes with DR Congo as Group K draws to a close.

The first round concludes with Argentina, already guaranteed to progress as group winner, facing Jordan, while Algeria and Austria fight it out for second spot in Group J.

They are on four points, as are Ghana.

Croatia has three points, so the second qualifying spot is still up for grabs.

Panama are already out with zero points and zero goals.

Croatia make three changes to the team that started their 1-0 victory over Panama.

Josko Gvardiol drops out, along with Marco Pasalic and Petar Musa, with Nikola Vlasic, Petar Sucic and Ante Budimir coming into the side.

Ghana

Ghana also make three changes.

Derrick Luckassen, Elisha Owusu and Kamaldeen Sulemana come in, replacing Nathan Opoku, Inaki Williams and Caleb Yirenkyi.
