Heart Evangelista has been hospitalized after reportedly suffering from extreme exhaustion, according to her live-in assistant. Evangelista’s longtime assistant, Resty Rosell, took to Instagram on Saturday, June 27, to share photos showing the actress in a hospital bed and connected to medical equipment while being attended to by medical staff.
