Jia De Guzman, Belen, others back with Alas under Minowa for Asian Games

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) has brought back the old Alas Pilipinas women’s volleyball core, headlined by Jia De Guzman, for the Aichi-Nagoya 20th Asian Games from September 19 to October 4. Japanese Taka Minowa, husband of former national team star Jaja Santiago, was also tapped to call the shots for the squad.
