Explore Malta’s coastline from a whole new perspective this summer.
Following the continued popularity of its sea tours, Heritage Malta is once again inviting the public to discover some of the Maltese Islands’ most remarkable coastal landscapes through a series of guided cruises taking place in July and August.
Visitors can choose between two itineraries, each offering a unique opportunity to experience the natural beauty, history and ecological significance of sites including Filfla, the Grand Harbour, Ta’ Ċenċ and the Blue Lagoon from the sea.
The Filfla–Grand Harbour Day Cruise will take participants along Malta’s southern coastline, passing the protected islet of Filfla before entering the historic Grand Harbour. The full-day excursion also includes a swimming stop at Il-Ħofriet and will take place on 5th July, 12th July and 23rd August.
Meanwhile, on 16th August, a second cruise will explore the dramatic cliffs of Ta’ Ċenċ in Gozo and the crystal-clear waters surrounding Comino’s Blue Lagoon. Participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy a swim at Santa Maria Bay before returning to Buġibba.
For anyone interested in Malta’s coastal heritage, natural landscapes and maritime history, these summer cruises offer a memorable way to experience some of the islands’ most iconic locations from a different perspective.
