
ICC freezes money seized from Duterte during his arrest, says counsel
MANILA, Philippines — The International Criminal Court (ICC) Trial Chamber III has granted the prosecution’s request to freeze the money seized from former President Rodrigo Duterte during his arrest back in March 2025.
