MANILA, Philippines — The new United States Ambassador to the Philippines, Lee Lipton, has arrived in Manila to officially begin his tour of duty. The US Embassy on its social media pages on Sunday announced Lipton’s return to the country. “Mabuhay and welcome back to the Philippines, U.S. Ambassador Lee Lipton!
