Classes suspended in parts of northern Cebu due to LPA

MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — At least two local governments in northern Cebu have announced the suspension of classes in their respective localities due to inclement weather caused by the low-pressure area (LPA) spotted near Eastern Samar. As of 11:40 a.m., suspension of classes was ordered in Medellin and Santa Fe towns in northern Cebu.
