MANILA, Philippines — Three Filipino archbishops received the pallium from Pope Leo XIV in a Mass at the Vatican on Monday, June 29, marking their role as metropolitan archbishops of the archdioceses of Cebu, Cotabato, and Nueva Segovia. Made of white wool, the pallium is a liturgical vestment worn over the shoulders by metropolitan archbishops when celebrating Mass.
