More than two decades after Tony Soprano first walked into Dr. Melfi’s office, “The Sopranos” is getting the collector’s treatment.
Warner Bros. will release a limited-edition 4K box set of the hit show on Dec. 8. The new box set, available to pre-order now, includes all 86 episodes of David Chase’s acclaimed series, newly remastered and housed in collectible hardcover lay-flat book packaging featuring full color cast photography.

The Sopranos: The Complete Series – Premium Limited Edition (4K Ultra HD)
The new limited-edition 4K UHD release includes all six seasons of the HBO Original series, along with a new, never-before-seen bonus featurette with Chase. The set will also include the two-part HBO documentary “Wise Guy: David Chase and The Sopranos,” directed by Alex Gibney, which explores the making of the series and Chase’s creative process, as well as hours of previously released bonus content, including behind-the-scenes featurettes and audio commentaries with cast members and producers.
While the show has been released in several Blu-ray and box set editions over the years, this upcoming release marks the first Blu-ray 4K release for the entire series in one box set. The packaging is designed with collectors in mind. Rather than a standard plastic case, the premium edition comes in a hardcover lay-flat book format with vibrant cast photography throughout.
Across its run, “The Sopranos” earned 21 Primetime Emmy Awards from 111 nominations, including two wins for Outstanding Drama Series. It was the first cable drama to win the top drama prize, helping cement HBO as a force in scripted television and paving the way for the wave of ambitious, character-driven series that followed. The show also won five Golden Globe Awards, best TV drama series.
