Visayas to see scattered rains, thunderstorms due to LPA

LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — The entire Visayas region will see scattered rains and thunderstorms on Tuesday, June 30, due to a low pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. On Tuesday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued a general flood advisory for Western, Central, and Eastern Visayas.
