Rallyists from unidentified groups gather at Liwasang Bonifacio

MANILA, Philippines — Hundreds of individuals from unidentified groups assembled for a mass action at Liwasang Bonifacio in Manila Tuesday morning.

A stage was also seen being assembled in the area.

The purpose of the gathering has yet to be determined, but songs against corruption are being played in the area.

According to the Manila Police District, an estimated 200 individuals converged at the freedom park as of 7 a.m.

Simultaneously, hundreds of persons wearing shirts and raising posters calling for transparency likewise flocked to the People Power Monument at Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (Edsa). /gsg
