Blac Chyna Details the Plastic Surgery She's Reversed Over the Years
Blac Chyna is keeping it real when it comes to talking about beauty enhancement.
The reality star gave a detailed account of the plastic surgery she's had done over the years—and what cosmetic procedures she's chosen to have reversed to get "back to the basics," as she put it.
"I took out all those ass shots that I had, all the silicone. I never had a BBL," Chyna explained in a June 29 Instagram video, referring to the popular Brazilian Butt Lift procedure which uses a person's body fat retrieved by liposuction to be fat-grafted into the buttocks. In fact, she quipped, "I ain't have no fat on my body to get no BBL. No shade."
"My first set of boobs was 300 CCs," Chyna noted of the technical size of her first breast implants. "I went from 300 to 700 CCs, to 500 to 300, down to 100."
While Chyna (real name Angela Renée White) was able to downsize, she expanded upon why she felt it was best to not have her implants removed entirely.
"I think I have 120 CCs now because I was naturally flat chested but once it gets stretched out, it's like they need something," Chyna outlined, "so it's not just empty space inside of there."
And Chyna—mom to Dream Kardashian, 9, with ex Rob Kardashian, 39—has applied her less-is-more approach to her body holistically.
"I removed all of the fillers from out of my cheeks [and] the fillers in my chin and jawline," Chyna said. "I don't get any Botox, so now you'll know if I'm mad at you."

And while the 38-year-old has been open to making changes to her body, she previously explained it wasn’t always for the right reason.
"Being in the industry, you want to have this image of yourself to look perfect," she said during a 2023 appearance on Tamron Hall. "And there's no such thing as that. There's no such thing.”
So, as she said about plastic surgery at the time, "I'm done with it y'all. No more.”
