During the walkthrough, Gatchalian, joined by Senate officials, went through all the rooms that will be utilized during the impeachment proceedings, including the session hall where the trial proper will be held.
He observed that the impeachment court is “on track” with its plans for the designated areas for Duterte’s defense team, the House prosecution panel, and additional media members who will cover the event.
“We are on track… Even though the space is small, at least we’ve been able to fix it,” Gatchalian stated.
According to Gatchalian, the defense and the prosecution will also be given the chance to inspect their respective spaces for the trial before the week ends. /das
