Mormon Wives' Taylor Frankie Paul Checked Into Rehab Facility
Taylor Frankie Paul has taken some time off to work on her personal life.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star voluntarily checked into a rehab facility "on the advice of her mental health team," a source with knowledge of the matter told E! News June 30. The facility in question specialized in providing mental health treatment, as well as other issues such as addiction and trauma.
"She is committed to working on herself and focusing on her family and being a good mom," the insider shared, adding that Paul is now out of the center and "back home."
News of the 32-year-old's rehab stay comes amid her legal battle with ex Dakota Mortensen, with whom she shares a 2-year-old son. The former couple took out competing protective orders against each other earlier this year, alleging abusive conduct in their three-year relationship.
Most recently, the Bluffdale Police Department in Utah told E! that authorities had been contacted by Mortensen, 33, on June 26 regarding a possible protective order violation.
While the police currently have no active cases against Paul or Mortensen, law enforcement confirmed they had reached out to the MomToker following Mortensen's report, before sending information over to the Salt Lake County District Attorney for further review.
Paul—who a source said has not seen or spoken to Mortensen since the protective orders were issued—alluded to her latest brush with the police on her Instagram Story, writing in a screenshot published by TMZ June 29, "Cops called on me again THIS WEEK... what are the odds?"

"And it's not people... it's ONE person the same person," continued the reality star, who did not share a name. "It's obsessive.”
For his part, Mortensen—who was granted temporary custody of his and Paul's child in March—has denied the "baseless claims" of abuse lodged by his ex.
"This is a deeply upsetting situation," he told E! in a March 19 statement. "I am focusing on our son and his safety, and hope that Taylor will do the same."
