Internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom's attempt to overturn his extradition order has been denied by the Court of Appeal.
The justice minister signed Dotcom's extradition to the United States - where he faces criminal charges relating to the defunct website Megaupload - two years ago.
The site allowed file-sharing of copyrighted material including pirated movies, TV shows and songs, and generated millions of dollars in revenue.
Dotcom issued judicial review proceedings against police advice to the minister that he should not be charged New Zealand, and against the minister's decision to surrender him.
The High Court backed the police advice and the minister's decision, and the Court of Appeal has now upheld that ruling.
