As daylight fades, the resort effortlessly transitions into long summer evenings designed for all ages. Set in the iconic gardens of the resort, O Pescador is known for its authentic Algarvian cuisine, beautifully accompanied during summer by live Fado performances, bringing an emotive dimension to your evening.

At Portofino, the Italian trattoria at the heart of Pine Cliffs, the spirit of an authentic southern Italian piazza comes to life in Lemon Square, where Mediterranean flavours meet live music in a vibrant, convivial atmosphere. Just nearby, Rohini offers a journey through the flavours and traditions of India, with a themed dinner accompanied by an Indian dance performance – an immersive celebration of colour, movement and culture.

For children and families, the resort’s iconic gardens are transformed into an open-air cinema under the stars, with screenings of family favourites, popcorn and a relaxed summer atmosphere designed for shared moments together.

The highlight of the summer calendar is the Summer Gala on July 31. International pop sensation Jessie J will take to the stage, with the energy, charisma and powerful vocals that have made her one of Britain’s most celebrated performers. Blending pop, R&B and soul, she will showcase music from her sixth studio album, Don’t Tease Me With A Good Time, released in November 2025 alongside some of her greatest hits.

More than a concert, the Summer Gala is designed as a fully immersive evening of music, gastronomy and connection. Guests are welcomed with a champagne reception before enjoying an elevated dining experience and an exclusive after-party.
