Jakarta (ANTARA) - A representative from PT Jasaraharja Putera has been selected to participate in The 36th Session of the Advanced Course 2026, a professional development program organized by the Insurance School (Non-Life) of Japan (ISJ) for non-life insurance professionals across Asia.
The ISJ Advanced Course aims to strengthen professional competencies through training and knowledge exchange on developments in the global non-life insurance industry, according to a statement received here on Wednesday.
PT Jasaraharja Putera said its participation reflects the company's efforts to strengthen employee capabilities as part of broader initiatives to support organizational development and improve service quality.
The company said it expects the knowledge and experience gained from the program to contribute to its business development and support the continued growth of Indonesia's non-life insurance industry.
Adindha Karina Dewi, Secretariat and Public Relations Department Head of PT Jasaraharja Putera, was selected as one of Indonesia's delegates for the program. She expressed appreciation for the opportunity to represent both Indonesia and the company in the international training course.
The curriculum covers corporate governance, risk management, innovation, market trends, and industry best practices, the statement said.
The program conducted in two phases, beginning with online sessions in May 2026, followed by an in-person session in Tokyo, Japan, in June 2026. Participants engage with insurance practitioners, academics, regulators, and industry experts from various countries to exchange knowledge and discuss emerging trends in the sector.
For Indonesian insurers, participation in international professional development programs offers opportunities to gain insights into global industry practices and strengthen expertise in areas such as digital transformation, risk management, product development, corporate communications, and customer service.
The Indonesian General Insurance Association (AAUI) selected three participants from its member companies to represent Indonesia in the program. The delegates are from PT Allianz Utama Indonesia, PT Jasaraharja Putera, and PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia.
