Man ordered to pay $25,000 after failed legal challenge against Corrections union

In a newly released Employment Court judgment, Judge Kathryn Beck ordered Glen Jenner to pay the Corrections Association of New Zealand $25,834 following an unsuccessful application for judicial review.
