“My energy belongs entirely to what lies ahead, my faith, my growth, and the quiet blessings of a heart that has let go completely,” she said, while asking followers to keep her in their prayers.
Queenie, who’s the daughter of Sen. Robin Padilla and sister of actress Kylie Padilla, emphasized that she was not encouraging divorce.
“I am not promoting divorce or encouraging it. It is a solution and THE LAST RESORT for couples who are incapable of giving each other mawaddah or rahmah,” she explained.
Queenie first announced her separation from Mir in May 2024, saying they had decided to part ways due to “irreconcilable incompatibility.”
Despite the separation, Padilla expressed gratitude and respect for her former husband.
“Although life has taken us on different paths right now, I will forever cherish the 11 years we’ve had together,” she expressed.
