Two Minors Injured In Attard Crash

One minor suffered grevious injuries after a car crashed into an abandoned building in Attard early this morning.

Police were called to Triq il-Kbira at around 3.30am, where preliminary investigations found that a Kia Picanto had collided with the abandoned building.

Two minors, aged 16 and 13, were inside the vehicle at the time of the crash.

A medical team assisted at the scene before both were taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance.

The 16-year-old was later certified as suffering from slight injuries, while the other was certified as suffering from grevious injuries.

Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
