
MANILA, Philippines — Moderate to heavy rains with lightning and strong winds are expected in parts of Metro Manila and other areas in Luzon within the next two hours Thursday afternoon, the state weather bureau said.
In its 2:21 p.m. thunderstorm advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the following areas will experience the above-mentioned conditions:
