The following roads experienced flooding as of 4:09 p.m.:

In its thunderstorm advisory issued at 3:59 p.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration said that Quezon City is among the areas in Metro Manila that may experience intense to torrential rains with lightning and strong winds and may persist for two hours. /gsg
