
MANILA, Philippines — Several areas in Luzon are forecast to experience moderate to heavy rain on Friday afternoon, July 3, according to the state weather bureau.
In a weather advisory issued at 1 p.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported possible heavy rain with thunderstorms and strong winds over Pampanga within the next two hours.
