MOSCOW, July 3. /TASS/. Criminal and terrorist actions by Kiev claimed the lives of 422 Russian civilians between April and June, Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry's ambassador-at-large for the Kiev regime's crimes, said at a briefing.
"During the 91 days of the second quarter, at least 3,040 civilians were affected by criminal and terrorist actions carried out by Kiev's militants, including 422 killed. Compared with the previous quarter, the number of civilians killed and injured increased by more than 76%, or 1,315 people," the diplomat said.
"An average of 29 civilians injured and five killed every day - this is the current statistic ensured by the countries sponsoring Kiev. This is the result of their multibillion-dollar investments in the criminal terrorist regime headed by military dictator Vladimir Zelensky," Miroshnik added.
He also said that between February 2022 and June 30, 2026, the total number of civilian casualties had reached 30,913, including 8,434 fatalities.
