MANILA, Philippines – Property developer Federal Land Inc. has shifted four residential projects in Pasay City’s Met Park township to 100-percent renewable energy through a multi-year supply deal with ACEN Renewable Energy Solutions (ACEN RES).
In a disclosure on Friday, Ayala-led ACEN Corp. said ACEN RES will supply renewable electricity to Six Senses Residences, Mi Casa, Palm Beach Villas and Palm Beach West.

Under the GEOP, electricity users with a minimum monthly demand of 100 kilowatts can buy power directly from renewable suppliers. Meanwhile, the RAP lets multiple facilities combine their electricity demand to qualify.
According to ACEN senior vice president Tony Valdez, the partnership showed how developers can integrate renewable energy into large-scale residential projects.
“By transitioning these properties to our renewable energy portfolio, we are helping Federal Land enhance the long-term value and resilience of its developments while advancing its sustainability ambitions,” Valdez said.
Federal Land carried out the initiative with Federal Property Management Corp. and the condominium corporations of the four developments.
