DPWH: Edsa rehab phase 2 starts Saturday evening, July 3

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will begin the second phase of the rehabilitation of Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (Edsa) on Saturday evening of July 3, 2026, with roadworks set from the Orense area in Makati City to Monumento in Caloocan City.

According to the DPWH, the repair works in intermittent road sections will be carried out until July 23, 2026 and will include the following:
