WATCH: Sandiganbayan issues arrest warrants for Marcoleta, Defensor

MANILA, Philippines – Sandiganbayan Third Division Chairperson Associate Justice Karl Miranda on Monday personally announced the issuance of arrest warrants against Sen. Rodante Marcoleta, former Rep. Mike Defensor, and two of their co-accused over the alleged misuse of a P75-million donation for Marcoleta’s senatorial campaign.
