MANILA, Philippines – The Senate impeachment court resumes the trial of Vice President Sara Duterte on Tuesday, with the House prosecution panel expected to begin presenting evidence under Article IV of its case after the court completed the procedural matters during the opening day.
The prosecution is expected to call its first witnesses, including officials from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), as it seeks to prove the allegations that Duterte threatened the lives of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., his wife Liza Araneta-Marcos and former House Speaker Martin Romualdez. /dp
