MANILA, Philippines — On Monday, the second day of the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte, Sen. Pia Cayetano made a motion to strike off the record the remarks of House private prosecutor Amando Virgil Ligutan about whether the alleged assassination threat made by the vice president against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., first lady Liza Araneta, and former House Speaker Martine Romualdez constituted an impeachable offense.
