Renaud Lefort reports on how the creators behind viral fake-news capitalised on the demonstrations by farmers against the MERCOSUR trade deal in front of the European Parliament.
With AI-generated videos touting fabricated stories going viral and influencing public opinion, it means the protesters themselves - the farmers who travelled to Brussels - have to be wary of being manipulated by the campaign of fake news.
