Kendall Jenner, Jacob Elordi Have Weekend Getaway With the Biebers
Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber got that money, money, that money money.
After all, the couple recently dropped $12 million on a West Village condominium, the Wall Street Journal confirmed July 7 citing property records.
The Biebers’ new residence has roughly 2,800 square feet and includes four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, according to an online listing. The living space also has sprawling floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the Hudson River as well as a separate, enclosed chef’s kitchen.
In the listing the unit’s added privacy is also a key feature, with an extra door and hallway separating the living space from the exterior hallway.
And the primary bedroom’s ensuite bathroom includes a marble soaking tub, as well as heated floors and a water closet.
Meanwhile, the building itself is also loaded with amenities including a private garage, a resident manager, a fitness room, a 70-foot pool and Pilates studio—although it’s worth noting that wellness guru Hailey recently told TIME that Pilates is “a little over.”
However, Hailey and Justin might have eyed the property for the family-styled atmosphere for their son Jack Blues, 22 months, as it features a children’s clubhouse and catering kitchen with a lounge for private, large events.
E! News reached out to reps for the Biebers for additional comment but has not yet heard back.
Although Justin and Hailey have been mostly Los Angeles-based for their six-year marriage—the couple own houses in Beverly Hills and La Quinta as well as a property in Canada—they previously had a temporary residence in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and their latest purchase proves they still know where the cool, successful New York crowd lives.
In addition to two executives of Fanatics living in their building itself, the West Village is also home for stars like Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, Liv Tyler and Daniel Radcliffe.
And though Taylor Swift moved downtown to Tribeca in 2017, she iconically took up temporary residence in a West Village apartment on Cornelia Street, which has, of course, inspired several love songs.
For the Biebers part, they might have wandered to L.A., but a significant part of their love story took place in New York, too. In fact, Hailey noted that Justin helped her with furnishing her first New York apartment.
“I was out to dinner one night with Justin—he was like, ‘So you’ve got your own place, how’s it been? You’ve got all your furniture, you got everything you need?’” Hailey recalled during an appearance on The Tonight Show in 2022. “And I was like, ‘Yeah it’s amazing I love it. I have a couch. It’s great. I have dishes. I have spoons.’”
But when Hailey revealed she didn’t have a TV yet, the “Daisies” singer rerouted their Yukon on the way home.
“He was driving me home and on the way he was like, ‘I can’t do this we got to go to Best Buy,’” Hailey mused. “So he took me to Best Buy on the way home and I was, like, mortified because I was like, ‘You’re not about to buy me a TV’ and he bought me a TV.”
As the Rhode founder recalled, “He carried it upstairs himself. He unboxed it. Did the whole thing. It was really cute.”
